Product Information

Produce:

The Walden Woods Project Farm sells both its own organically grown produce and other locally sourced products from nearby farms in Massachusetts.

Throughout our farm stand season from July to October, we often source produce from local farms, such as unique peppers, potatoes, leeks, garlic, squash, peaches (in late summer), corn, and many other items with variety each year.

We grow the majority of what we sell, however, and what we carry depends on what time of the season it is. This ranges from beets, carrots, broccoli, blueberries (only in mid-summer), cherry, Roma, and heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, summer squash, cabbage, bok choi, salad greens, green beans, snap peas, and more!

In the fall, we carry over a dozen kinds of apples from Massachusetts orchards. There are some classic varieties, but many unique heirloom ones as well that are delicious but hard to find in a grocery store!

Other Products:

It is important to us to support local business and reduce the distance our products travel. The vast majority of our products are sourced from within Massachusetts. We carry local Smith cheeses, maple syrup products, varieties of Carlisle Honey, Bonnie’s Jams and Spreads, pickled vegetables and kimchi, eggs, baked goods and breads from Nashoba Brook Bakery, but this all also varies on the year.

During the fall, we sell many varieties of pumpkins, gourds, squashes, and more, as well as mums, local cider, and cider donuts. We also set up a dried flower display so that customers can buy a bouquet to display throughout the season. In past years, we’ve also carried pumpkin carving kits, outdoor Halloween decorations, and honey sticks making our farm stand a one-stop shop for everything you need to celebrate fall.

We hope you’ll visit us this summer and fall, in Concord, MA off of Route 2!
