A part of the working herbarium of Henry D. Thoreau originally given by Sophia Thoreau after her brother’s death to Eliza Hosmer of Concord, later presented to the Thoreau Museum of Natural History of Middlesex School, and now held in the Thoreau Society Archives at The Walden Woods Project Library.
